Every year, you should take your pet in for 2 check-ups. The first will include a full physical exam, Accuplex blood test, fecal check, and vaccinations. The second should occur 6 months later and will include a brief exam, fecal check, and any booster vaccinations your pet may require. Your pet will be checked from nose to tail to be sure your pet is healthy and any problems are detected early.
Bring in any medical history you have for your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It’s best to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life, including changes in behavior. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important.
