Denise is originally from Vermont and moved to Florida in 1999. She has been working with exotics rescues to foster a variety of creatures out of her home. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and caring for her exotic rescues. Some of her rescues have even been on TV! Denise has always had a passion for animals of all types from alligators to skunks and feels that in the veterinary field, it’s our job to be their voice. She enjoys working at Camelot Animal Hospital because it’s like a family here and we all have the same vision, to help our clients keep their pets safe and happy. Denise has an African Grey named Buck, an America Blue named Blueberry, Naga the Burmese Python, Lucille Ball a red Tegu, and Matilda a red and white Tegu. She also has 6 snakes of various species.
